  17. We've uncovered an incompatibility with the initial release of FullWrite 2.0 and System 7.5 and some of Apple's hardware/software updates to 7.1. Depending on your system configuration, this problem could manifest itself as:

  19. – the Windows Menu extension failing to work;
  20. – a crash or non-operation when accessing Spell Checking or Thesaurus;
  21. – a crash when accessing the Picture extension;
  22. – a crash on boot, whether or not FullWrite extensions were loaded;
  23. – and, on some systems, there is no apparent problem.

If you have System 7.5 or have installed one of Apple's hardware/software updates to System 7 or 7.1, you MUST use this updater to update your copy of FullWrite to 2.0.1. You should do this even if you have not experienced any problems. You should also use the updater now if you plan to upgrade to System 7.5 in the future. Aside from this one bug fix, FullWrite 2.0.1 is identical to FullWrite 2.0.
